Description :	Reliquaire en forme de ciboire avec coupe supportée par une tige prismatique reposant sur un pied hexagonal aplati à bords rentrants, sur l'un d'eux, un cabochon, sur la tige, un noeud portant trois losanges émaillés, fleur de lys sur fond bleu. La coupe se ferme, à charnière, par un couvercle égal percé de trois ouvertures quadrilobées, fermées chacune par une petit couvercle orné de dessins gravés au trait. Le couvercle est surmonté d'un noeud orné garni de six écussons émaillés et surmonté d'un dragon.
